Why You Should Buy a Milk Frother


Sometimes, you buy something and think, "Why did I never have this before?"

Right now, my milk frother and I are moving past introductions into the I-love-you-so-much-I-can-never-live-without-you-we-will-be-with-each-other-foreverrrrrrrr part our relationship.

What can I say? You know it when you know it.

My frother makes my creamer in my coffee bubbly and fancy. I also discovered that it makes coconut cream into a silky, light "whip cream" and makes everything fabulous.

Put it on frozen fruit and you have a light and healthy dessert.

Simple.

The method:

  • Take 2 tablespoons of coconut cream and froth it until it gets thick and extra-creamy
  • Pour it onto a cup or so of frozen (or fresh!) fruit (I like blackberries, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries)
  • Sprinkle on some chia seeds (or nuts, or coconut, or whatever you fancy)

Honestly, it's one of those simple recipes that you feel is all decadent and 1000 calories. But. It's not.


So, if you don't have a frother, go get one!
